  • The video must be taken from the moment the package is opened without any cuts or edits.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

Steps to Claim a Return/Refund:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

  2. Email us within 24 hours of delivery at [your support email] with:

    • Order ID

    • Unboxing video

    • Description of the issue

  3. Our team will review the case within 48 hours and get back to you.

Refund Method:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items returned without prior approval
